Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this webshop and the purchase of products offered by Innovators. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Proof of Payment
Private individuals (consumers) will receive a proof of payment for their purchase.
Prices, Administration, and Transport Costs
VAT Included
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Until the End of the Year
All prices apply, subject to change, during the entire calendar year. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, communicate these changes to distributors, and publish them on our website.
Transport costs
Actual transport costs and any applicable bank charges will be billed.
Claims, Complaints, and Return Requests
Complaints
Complaints regarding delivered products must be reported within one week of delivery.
Returns
Business Customers (B2B):
Return requests must be submitted by email and may be approved if the following conditions are met:
- The invoice containing the product is no more than 14 days old.
- The edition of the returned item is identical to the edition currently being supplied.
- The item must not be used or damaged (and must not feature any stickers or stamps).
- A copy of the invoice must be enclosed.
- Note: Digital license codes purchased online cannot be returned.
- Fee: When processing returns, a fee of 10% of the credit invoice value will be charged.
Private Customers (Consumers / B2C):
Return requests from private individuals can be submitted by email within 14 days.
- The item must not be used or damaged (and must not feature any stickers or stamps).
- Note: Digital license codes purchased online cannot be returned
Payments
Payment Terms:
Invoice payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, stating the debtor and invoice number, payable to ED-INTERNATIONAL IBAN MA64 0118 1000 0025 2100 0019 2887.
Subscription Terms
- An agreement for the use of the method can start at any time.
- A teacher environment can be set up at any time and is valid for the remainder of the current school year. After this, the subscription is automatically renewed for a full school year.
- Teacher subscriptions are invoiced at the start of each new school year. The school itself manages and is responsible for the number of active teacher subscriptions.
- An agreement between Instruct and the customer is automatically renewed annually on August 1st for a period of 1 year.
- An agreement can be canceled by sending a cancellation email to servicedesk@innovators.ma before July 31st, stating the customer number.
- Licenses must be activated within 24 months of purchase.
- All intellectual property rights regarding the software, methods, and content remain the property of Instruct/Innovators.
- Instruct is not liable for indirect damages or temporary interruptions in the digital learning environment.
